The IRCML validator is an application for performing content relation checks on IRCML documents. It is offered as a supplementary tool for the two-step validation process of IRCML documents as decribed in the Internet Relay Chat Markup Language (IRCML) 1.0 specification.
Please note that the IRCML validator does not check if documents are "well-formed" XML and it does not validate documents against the IRCML 1.0 Schema. These tasks should be performed using any of the (widely available) generic XML processors/validators such as XSV.
IRCML validator was developed for testing purposes and by no means should be considered complete. It is written in C and it should compile on any GNU/Linux variant although I have not tested the code since 2003. It is no longer under active development.
IRCML validator is free software, available under the GNU GPL.
